1. Information We Collect

When you use Lumelena, we collect photos you upload, usage data, device information, and account information (email address). We do not collect sensitive biometric data beyond the photos you voluntarily provide for AI generation.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Generate AI-powered photos in your selected aesthetic styles
• Analyze anonymized product usage to improve reliability and experience. Uploaded and generated photos are never used for AI training.
• Communicate with you about your account and service updates
• Process payments securely through Stripe
• Prevent fraud and ensure service security

3. Photo Storage & Deletion

Your uploaded photos are never stored on our servers. Photos you upload are processed in real-time for AI generation and are automatically deleted immediately after processing. We do not retain copies of your original uploaded photos.

Generated photos are stored for 7 days to allow you time to download them. After 7 days from the date of generation, your generated photos are automatically and permanently deleted from our servers. You may also request immediate deletion of your data at any time by contacting support@lumelena.com.

We never sell, share, or license your photos to third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

4. Cookies & Tracking

We use essential cookies to maintain your session and preferences. We also use anonymized analytics to understand how our service is used. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

If you are located in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have the following rights under GDPR:

• Right of access: Request a copy of your personal data
• Right to erasure: Request deletion of your account and data

• Stripe: Payment processing. We do not store credit card details.
• AI Generation Services: Cloud-based AI processing for photo generation.

9. Children's Privacy

Lumelena is not intended for users under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that a user is under 16, we will delete their account and data.
